The Matrix Scoring System (MSS) is the first standardised scientific evaluation methodology for commercial probiotic bacteria anywhere in the world. It is a fully deterministic, evidence-based framework — producing identical results on every run — that assesses each bacterial species and strain across multiple core evidence domains, each constructed of domain-specific evidence modalities that provide the system’s discriminatory breadth and depth. The MSS produces a total score classifying each species and strain as Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum. The research database underpinning the system contains 146,242+ peer-reviewed studies across 103 bacterial species and strains, sourced from over 40 approved academic databases and publishers worldwide. It was engineered to ensure no knowledge gaps exist across any application, mechanism, or outcome for any species and strain evaluated. It is by far the largest and most academically comprehensive database of its kind in the world. The IHA is a proprietary health tracking and evidence-gathering system that provides non-invasive measurement of health outcomes during superbacteria restoration (including pre & post). It captures data across multiple health data points through automated assessments and progress reports that demonstrate measurable change. It supports both individual users and partner communities with anonymised aggregate reporting. The IHA generates empirical real-world evidence for the efficacy of superbacteria restoration — provenance to justify and inform health systems worldwide.
